About the role
The Lifestyle Assistant’s primary responsibility is to support the Lifestyle Team Leader with activities and lifestyle programs that enable clients to participate in a variety of experiences to improve their quality of life. The Logan service is looking for a part-time Lifestyle Assistant to work 4 days a week on a 2 year contract. The Logan office will be moving to Eight mile plains later this year.
About You
You will be the sort of person who is open to expressing themselves, who is warm and friendly with the ability to motivate others in a safe and inclusive space. You will have excellent communication skills and a creative way of thinking. Be happy working your own case load or as part of an effective and dedicated team.
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- A Certificate IV in Leisure and Health
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- A current National Police Certificate
- Current Driver Licence and your own reliable vehicle
- Immunisation against Tetanus, Hepatitis A and Hepatitis B
