About the Role
To support our Sales Consultant working on Saturdays to cover the Sales Office and other ad hoc hours (negotiated) for leave and events etc
Responsibilities include:
- Greet sales visitors.
- Fill in a registration form and hand out an information pack.
- Show visitor around clubhouse and display homes.
- Book an appointment with visitor to meet our Sales Consultant or pass on details for Sales Consultant to follow up, this would include new homes and resale homes.
- Put together information packs and promotional material.
- Open and set up display homes at start of day and close homes at end of day.
- Assist occasionally with events eg open days, expos, information sessions.
- Minor administration.
- If available, may be asked to cover office when sales consultant on leave.
- Must work a Saturday 10am to 4pm, occasionally help at events (extra paid hours).
- Work with a great team.
About You
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate or possess the following:
- Previous experience in a customer services role/s.
- Basic understanding of MS Office suite products.
- Ability to engage positively with people.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Professionally presented.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Be prepared to learn our CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
- Strong communication and excellent listening skills.
- Ability to be flexible.

This role is based around a 1 day week, with occasional additional hours. Confirmed additional hours during the week maybe considered for the right applicant.
