Home Care Packages (HCP) growth in East Gippsland/Wellington/Latrobe Valley.The
Sales and Customer Service Officer role is a hands-on role and shall incorporate planning and delivering promotional events, developing strategies, competitor analysis, and reporting whilst being a point of contact for new enquiries from clients and their families.The
Sales and Customer Service Offer shall play a unique role in support for the aged in the community, through the uptake of
Home Care Packages, by initiating contact with respectiveclients, responding to prospective client contact and promoting LCHS as a provider of choice.To be successful, you will require;
- A Victorian Drivers Licence
- Customer service skills
