The Relief Community Manager is responsible for covering the Community Manager role in times of absence, including the day-to-day management of the Community, asset enhancement, financial and people management, resident satisfaction, risk and legislative compliance as well as supporting the Sales Team in the sell down of the Community.
When not relieving, the Relief Community Manager will be required to provide assistance in communities as determined by the Operations Manager.
The successful candidate can be based anywhere in SE Queensland, as the role will involve covering communities from Sunshine Coast to Beaudesert. This role will involve travel within SE Queensland.
- Ensure the Community is always providing quality services to residents in line with industry best practice
- Ensure the Community is presented to a high standard by attending to cleaning, gardens and facilities maintenance/upkeep
- Support the Development teams with new homes delivery, installation and/or the refurbishment process of resale homes as required
- Interview new clients and provide recommendations/observations to Sales Manager
- Maintain a strong understanding of the relevant legislation, regulations and Community rules to be able to direct or answer resident enquiries
- Ensure that all management practices comply with lease documentation, or alike, as well as all relevant industry legislation and codes of practice
- Maintain a close and strong working relationship with residents by attending resident and general meetings as requested
- Participate in the development of weekly rosters to ensure adequate coverage at all times
