This position is suitable for an experienced semi or retired couple wanting a relief management position for 4-5 weeks . Experience and capability mandatory.
Key Features:
Live onsite in a 1- 2 bedroom suite , excellent facilities at the resort – office working hours from 7 am to 3 pm Monday to Saturday , 8 am to 10 am on Sundays & Public Holidays.
Occasionally the office candidate will be required to work at the office till 4 or 5 pm depending on arrivals.
Candidate / candidates will be required to attend to late check in’s or guests & tenants calls after office hours when required.
Key Responsibilities
A couple application would involve 1 person to clean the pools daily, public toilets , gardens and maintenance on rooms as required , attending to any urgent maintenance work including painting and any other ad hoc jobs as required.
Experience in a similar position is mandatory.
The 2nd person will be responsible for opening and closing the office , attending to bookings / emails / guests and tenant requests , assist with housekeeping where required. Other ad hoc jobs as required.
Good computer and phone skills mandatory , experience in using a reservation system , preferably RMS would be an advantage.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years in a similar role is necessary.
The successful applicant(s) will be flexible in their thinking and have the capacity to multitask and prioritize your work schedule to meet the daily demands of the role. You will possess exceptional communication skills, both verbal & written to manage the guests and tenants needs daily.
