Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing, reviewing, and refining lift plans for lifting operations
- Identifying the most suitable lifting equipment, rigging configurations, and techniques for each lift
- Ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations and standards throughout all lifting activities
- Collaborating with project managers, crane operators, riggers, and other stakeholders to coordinate lifting activities
- Maintaining accurate records of lift plans, equipment inspections, and safety assessments
Our ideal candidate will possess:
- Prior experience working as a Lift Engineer or in a similar role within the crane or heavy industry sector
- Proficiency in lift planning software and engineering calculation tools
- A solid understanding of crane operations, rigging techniques, and load dynamics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
