Light Vehicle Fitter

Established in 1993, PYBAR, A Metarock Company, has grown to become one of Australia's largest underground hard rock mining contractors operating in multiple states of Australia with a track record in securing repeat business.
Due to operational growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Light Vehicle Fitter to join the Raisebore team at Carrapateena, SA! Being a full-time, permanent position, this opportunity is a FIFO, DIDO or residential position and ready for an immediate start.
The Opportunity
We are currently looking for an experienced underground Light Vehicle Fitter to join our Raisebore team at Carrapateena,SA. Working autonomously as well as part of a team and ensuring a high quality of work, you will gain and expand your experience and knowledge of underground mining.
This position will see you working a 14 on, 14 off roster in a full-time position and will be FIFO from Adelaide, SA.
In order to be considered for this position you will need to be able to demonstrate current or previous underground mining experience.
What you'll need to succeed

• Trade qualifications (essential)
• Air Conditioning ticket (Desirable)
• Have proven experience working on underground LV's (Toyota vehicles & Light Trucks)
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• A positive can-do attitude with the ability to work as part of a team
• A strong focus on safety
• Hold a current Australian Drivers License
• Hold or be willing to obtain a current National Police Clearance.
