Line Operators/ Labourers

We’re growing! So SCHÜTZ Australia are on the lookout for the next valued members to join the team.

We are looking for some keen Line Operators/ Labourers to join and learn the business – from basic assembly of our products, reconditioning process work and Forklift Operation (must be licensed)

(Previous experience is preferred but training is provided)

• Basic General Labouring duties – repetitive work
• Operating and monitoring processing equipment 
• Maintain efficient plant operations.
• Basic assembly, inspection and line work
• Use of basic tools, hoses and plant machinery
• Working in areas that involve strong chemical scents and some residue
• Forklift Operation (License required - min of 2 years’ experience preferred – experience with Linde & Toyota brand forklifts, an advantage)
• Basic housekeeping / cleaning

• Have a safety 1st attitude
• Have previous experience in working with strong chemical scents / Wastewater processing (an advantage)
• Hold a basic understanding of fast paced production – assembly environments (training provided)
• Be team and quality focused, with good communication skills. 
• Have the ability to perform labour intensive and repetitive tasks.

Day (6am – 2.30pm Monday to Thursday) - (6am – 12 pm (Friday’s)  

Afternoon (2.30pm – 11 pm Monday to Thursday) - (12 pm – 6pm (Friday’s) 

Night shift (10 pm - 6:30am Monday to Thursday) - (6pm – midnight (Friday’s) 

• You won’t get chucked in the deep end – see it all before you begin with a site tour on offer before commencement.
