- Mon-Fri, 12-8pm with competitive base salary + unsociable hours allowance.
- Complete routine and ad-hoc data entry of driver worksheets / diaries in our systems
- Assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks related to transportation operations
- Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to transportation operations
- Focus on compliance support (Chain of Responsibility) for the transport function
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, routes, and driver schedules.
- Good communication, customer service, time management and planning skills
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in data entry
- Intermediate ability in MS Office applications, and capable of learning new systems and technologies
- Bonus: experience in manifesting.
