Tasks & Responsibilities
Assisting customers with general enquiries
Internal reporting as required
Establish and manage relationships with key customers, suppliers, employees and subcontractors
Accurate management of pickups, deliveries, allocated jobs, ensuring they are completed and entered into the JAS system accordingly
Effective planning using available resources for optimum utilisation
Liaising between clients and suppliers and drivers to ensure freight is moved in a timely manner to meet the clients requirements
Ensure adherence to Fatigue Management and Load Restraint compliance at all times
Timely and accurate checks of all paperwork, transport documents and invoices received then processing onto the Administrator
Ensure fleet defects, repairs and servicing requirements are co-ordinated with the workshop supervisor
Skills & Experience
2-3 years experience in a similar role
High level of attention to detail
Highly developed organisational, planning and computer skills
Strong verbal and written communication
High attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously and part of a fast-paced team
Efficient time management
