Are you a Power & Energy industry professional looking for a new opportunity to work for one of Australia's largest dedicated infrastructure service providers?

In support of this growth, Ventia are inviting expressions of interest for Linespersons to join their global and diverse organisation.

About the role

Ensuring all activities are carried in accordance with relevant polices & procedures, you will be part of a team that undertakes maintenance & construction tasks on HV & LV electrical networks. Working safely, you will carry out works in a good tradesperson like manner and provide a quality product to all assigned tasks.

Please note a percentage of this position will see you in the field with Operational staff and will require a willingness to travel regionally.

About you

To be successful in the role of Linesperson, you should hold the following skills & experience:

  • Proven experience carrying out electrical linework.
  • Certificate III in ESI - Power Systems - Distribution Overhead (UET30619) or equivalent
  • Hold a current driver's licence - HR Desirable.
  • Hold all relevant HRWL's required in the Power & Energy sector.
  • Hold all relevant certificates & authorisations required in the Power & Energy sector.
  • Ability to work away from home as required.
