The role:- Verify compliance with technical specification requirements
- Ensuring welding equipment is maintained and serviced
- Ensuring geomembrane/bituminous welds meet quality standards and expectations
- Testing and retesting the integrity of all plastic welds
- Ability to manage crew on site
- Coordination of works, updating weekly programs
- Perform inspections on-site as required
- Provide technical advice to team on site
- Understanding of Quality Procedures and Standards
- Plan and scope activities with efficiency and to budget
- Solve problems and respond to delays and emergencies
- Deployment of materials and basic site/work planning
- Working on a Roster basis and in a team environment

- Proven experiences working as Lining Field/Quality Supervisor
- Hold IAGI/TWI certification (preferred)
- Current and relevant tickets, White Card & Driver’s Licence
- Ability to take direction, follow instructions from management
- Be a team player and can work in a team-based environment
- Commitment and a good attitude towards safety
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work 12-hour shifts
