Reporting to the Liquor Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the driving of in-store sales and achieving set KPI's
- Managing the store's ordering process and overall control of inventory
- Maintaining our exceptional customer service standards
- Motivating, coaching and leading a small team to achieve all business objectives
- Meeting store presentation guidelines
- Ensuring a safe environment for team members and customers
We are looking for a pro-active individual, with the following skills and experience:
- An accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate as well as a Responsible Person Badge (RSP)
- Experience in a similar role
- Proven ability to manage staff
- Product knowledge of beer, cider, wine and spirits
- Computer and POS skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service at all times
