About the Role
- Provide administrative support to lawyers in the Litigation team;
- Draft, review, and prepare legal documents;
- Manage case files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and maintained;
- Assist with the preparation of documents for court;
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements;
- Liaise with clients, and other stakeholders;
- Conduct legal research; and
- Perform general administrative duties.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant admin/PA experience;
- Advanced Microsoft Office and typing skills;
- Advanced organisational and communication skills;
- Ability to prioritise effectively to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines; and
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
