The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Living Lump Sum Case Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. In this role you have the opportunity to work from home full time, and have the ability to go into the office if that is your preference.

You're empathetic to their situations, and you find great satisfaction in being part of a solution in assisting them achieve their best life. Your Story
To successfully execute all components of this role, the candidate should have, or be able to develop, a solid working knowledge of the following:
- Exceptional and empathetic ability in managing sensitive conversations, putting yourself in our customer's circumstances and reaching mutual beneficial outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- A positive, energetic and driven approach
- Demonstrated claims assessing experience with Income Protection Claims
- Solid knowledge of Life Insurance Code of Practice (LICOP), Insurance and Superannuation Legislation including dispute bodies (FSC & AFCA) boundaries and requirements
- An appropriate qualification in Case Management, Insurance or an Allied Health field will be advantageous
