Due to continued business growth, we are hiring additional personnel to be responsible for meeting customer delivery standards by picking orders in a timely, accurate manner. Your new role:
Reporting to your Coach, you will meet Caterpillar's Safety, Quality, Productivity and Velocity standards by
Operating Load-Shifting Order Picker (LO) Stockpickers and/or High Reach Forklifts
Using Radio Frequency (RF) scanners to locate and pick orders
Loading/unloading stock
Receive and put away materials
The skills you need:
Distribution experience and a current LF AND LO Licence
Proficiency in RF scanning
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong commitment to safety
Commitment to quality and high attention to detail
