Form of workYou will provide leadership and guidance to 15 Operators to fulfill mining operations, beneficiation and mineral separation. You will apply your practical experience in a mining environment. You will be supported in the role and encouraged to learn and develop your team with an emphasis on safe practices and high standards.
Key Responsibilities include: Executing effective leadership and direction to the operations team. Manage and co-ordinate employees, and facilities to ensure duties are performed in a timely, cost effective and professional manner. Effectively communicate clearly detailed objectives for your staff.
Provide leadership and mentoring to your team. Promote a high level of safety awareness and encourage safe work practices. Requirements for all roles: Schedule 26
