Your New Opportunity:
Due to our business going through exciting new growth together with securing some of the largest infrastructure projects across Victoria, we now have an opportunity for a new Wheel Loader Operator to join our team based in Hampton Park, VIC.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Operating on-site Wheel Loaders
- Ensure materials are efficiently loaded into trucks at the correct weight
- Ability to use Loadrite scales or equivalent
- Avoiding overloading of materials into cartage trucks
- Ensure all machines and equipment are maintained regularly and to a high standard, to optimise productivity
- Operate in a safe manner at all times to optimise machine performance and operational requirements
- Comply at all times with ResourceCo’s WHS policies and procedures
- Report all incidents or near misses and take action where required
- Ensure all daily log sheets and required checks are carried out
- Work within a team and promote a constructive culture
About you:
- Experience in a Loader Operator role, preferably within the Quarrying Industry, Earthmoving, or related industry
- Must hold current LL (Loader) Ticket
- Construction industry induction Card (White Card)
- Experience in WA500, LH260 or equivalent required.
- Dozer ticket (LZ) (Desirable but not essential)
- Asbestos Identification and Handling Training (Desirable but not essential)
- Cert 3 in Civil Construction would be well regarded.
