Loan Assessor

The Safe Financial group of companies have been operating for over 20 years providing consumer, business and vehicle finance to our clients nationwide.

 We are looking for an enthusiastic, vibrant and efficient Loan Assessor to join our team.

You will be working with clients processing their new enquiries and applications and making an assessment on whether to approve or decline their loan application in accordance with our credit policy.

We are looking for someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the desired results, can interact with our clients in an assertive and professional manner but also stay calm under pressure.  

Preference for this role will be given to those who have experience assessing Small Amount Credit Contract applications. Other attributes we are looking for is someone that is:

• Focused on meeting and exceeding monthly targets & KPIs
• Has an assertive and professional telephone manner
• Is confident in their abilities
• Has strong analytical skills and attention to detail with numbers 
• Can build positive relationships with clients
• Can deal with difficult and challenging clients
• Is a fast learner with strong computer acumen

The is a full-time role on a 9 day fortnight roster giving you every second Monday off as an RDO - Yes that's right, a long weekend every fortnight! Rostered hours are 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday week 1 and Tuesday to Friday week 2.

We also provide car parking and gym membership to EMF and operate from a modern office in Southport.
