Loan Kit Technician

LifeHealthcare has a broad portfolio of products within the following key surgical areas, Spine, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, General Surgery, Interventional Neurovascular, Robotics, Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery, Medical Capital and Consumables. We not only source and distribute surgical implants but are focused on biologics, surgical instruments, consumables, and capital equipment. The Loan Kit Technician is an integral part of a small fulfillment team who works closely with Operations and Sales Teams. This rare opportunity will present a passionate internal and external service opportunity to construct a customised surgical kit to assist with these key surgical areas.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Possesses a high attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and organisation
• Has a can-do attitude, is flexible and can work autonomously
• Demonstrates superior time management skills and the ability to multi-task

You’ll be responsible for:

• Packing and dispatching loan set kits and implants to hospitals and specialist rooms
• Receiving and unpacking returned loan set kits from customers and hospitals
• Liaising with internal and external customers to ensure loan sets meet the surgeons and sales representatives’ requirements
• Resupplying and picking implant inventory for hospital consignment locations
• Transacting all products accurately within the required time frame in ERP system as per standard operating procedures
