About the role

An exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Loans Administrator to work within a close-knit yet growing team of entrepreneurial professionals. A permanent, full-time role, Monday to Friday based in the centre of Surfers Paradise - close to public transport and car parking. Fun loving team with plenty of social events on the calendar including a staff run social club.

The package on offer is commensurate based on experience.

What are you going to do?

Your role will include, but is not limited to: 

• Support the Credit Team by providing administrative support including collating information relating to loan enquiries, applications and booking settlements.
• Attend to searches (i.e. property searches / company searches, etc) and other compliance requirements.
• Liaise with property valuers, solicitors and other third parties
• File Management
• Proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders ensuring a high-level customer experience
• Follow loans through from lead to settlement maintaining internally and externally set deadlines.

What are we looking for?  

• 1+ years recent experience as a Loan Processor, Loan Administrator or Property / Finance Paralegal
• The ability to provide outstanding internal and external service.
• Demonstrated professional communication skills; and
• Positive, happy attitude and team player.
