Office Administrator   


Who is Rapid Loans?                                                  

Rapid Loans is a fast-growing finance company with one goal in mind, to make 2024 our biggest year yet.

General tasks: 

  • Manage the Gold Coast HQ space 
  • General duties for the Executive Team as required  
  • Be the first point of contact for visitors, members & staff
  • Use initiative to problem solve workspace issues 
  • Help the finance team with any administration and daily tasks
  • Ensure workspace is clean, organised and presentable at all times 
  • Manage interstate travel management  
  • Manage meeting room bookings including set up/pack down 
  • Work closely with the General Manager for support regarding site operations 
  • Assist with the general upkeep of the space through coordinating maintenance and repairs 
  • Assisting with end-to-end recruitment, ensuring candidates have a great Rapid experience. 
  • Onboarding new people to the team and off-boarding exiting employees. 
  • Be creatively involved in the layout/décor of the space 

Admin tasks 

  • Create member communications via email and other platforms 
  • Distribute letters and customer communication as required  
  • Schedule meeting room bookings and appointments 
  • Maintain office supplies and fulfil grocery, alcohol, catering, and stationary orders 
  • Answers calls and enquiries 
  • Onboard new members with the hiring managers  
  • Settle payments and various finance administration tasks  
  • Managing and maintaining employee related information. 
  • Coordinate access for the HQ  
  • Generating and maintaining HR related documents, such as contracts/letter of offers, new starter documentation, organisation charts and running regular and ad hoc reports.

  • Have strong attention to detail and have a hands on approach to duties 
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
