A little bit about the role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Loans Processing Officer to join our team at Warwick.
Reporting to the Credit Manager, the Loans Processing Officer is accountable for accurate preparation of loan documentation and disbursement of loan proceeds.
What you can expect
Reporting to the Credit Manager, you will:
- Ensure efficient and accurate preparation of all lending documentation,
- Instruct and liaise with staff, business partners and customers to ensure settlements and completed in a timely fashion.
- Completion of internal reporting.
- Maintain broad knowledge of lending policies and procedures and complete internal and external training (where applicable).
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- High School Certificate, or 6 to 12 months related experience.
- Credit Union, banking or property conveyancing experience would be desirable.
- Highly effective interpersonal skills and with the ability to build relationships would be highly advantageous.
