Role Location: Bengaluru
This role is responsible to support the Service delivery manager in delivering the key service delivery tasks, process improvements, simplification, and drive delivery initiatives across P2P Operations processes.
What will your day look like
Well versed in key terminology associated with Accounts payable and procurement operations.
Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining procurement operations project documentation and reports
Providing operational support such as liaising with stakeholders, tracking timelines, etc.
Contributing to procurement project planning, budgeting, and overall strategy
Work together with internal and external stakeholders in managing BAU activities
Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations / implement to uplift to a best practice environment.
Capability to run and manage operational reports.
Monitor and Govern service partner to ensure all the process deliverables are executed as per agreed SLA’s.
Maintain DTP’s as per the latest process updates and ensure the relevant client approvals are procured.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, supported by a collaboration mind-set.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS-Advance Excel with macros & PowerPoint Presentations skills) and SharePoint
Results driven with attention to detail and the ability to move quickly while staying organized.
Very strong problem solving and communication skills (verbal and written)
Experienced in process improvement and quality frameworks.
Highly motivated, result driven, team and customer focused.
Understanding of business concepts, Procurement, finance & accounting principles, budgeting, and reconciliation.
Hands on experience with tools/applications like PeopleSoft and Ariba
SQL and Qlik Sense reporting
Bachelor’s / master’s degree in accounting, finance or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
3+ years’ of work experience in Operations related roles pertaining to procurement industry experience
