Job Description: We are seeking a fulltime dedicated customer-focused Location Manager to join our team in Weipa, QLD. As a Location Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our rental car operations, ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent customer service, and adherence to company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the rental location in Weipa, QLD.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
- Hire, train, and supervise vehicle service attendants and customer service staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure fleet availability meets customer demand.
- Implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Maintain a safe and clean rental environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the rental car industry.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Current drivers licence
