While the Arriba Group is 25 years old, LiveBig was founded in 2019 - in those 4 years we have figured out who we are, what we are doing and where we want to go - we want YOU to help us get there. Lead by the OT Team Leader with support from our Area Manager, you will support a caseload in the community and benefit from working with a top tier team of people who know what they are doing and want you to succeed in your development. All LiveBig managers have 5 - 25 years clinical experience - the best mentorship you can get for your career. If you want to make a difference in disability community work but have heard all those stories about NDIS providers burning people out - we are the way to go!
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Tertiary qualification in occupational therapy and registration with AHPRA
- A passion for working with people with a disability - we love what we do and only hire staff who have that same drive
- Experience working in an NDIS community setting is always a big plus but not a deal-breaker - we just need someone with experience working with disabled people
