I am partnered with a State Government Agency, in the heart of Geelong to recruit a Lodgement Officer for a 3 month, full-time temporary assignment in Geelong.
Your new role
As the Lodgement Officer you will be responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to our clients and key stakeholders. As the first point of contact to clients, a high degree of empathy, understanding and proactive call management is necessary.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful as a Lodgement Officer, you will demonstrate
- Experience in customer service dealing with clients in a fast paced environment would be desirable
- Experience in providing first call resolution and quality customer service within a dynamic environment
- Ability to communicate and set service expectations for clients and providers
- Ability to manage self & others wellbeing through challenging and complex client interactions
- A consistent level of accuracy in recording client and provider information within variety of databases
- Ability to achieve individual KPI’s whilst still also contributing the greater team targets in a structured and efficient manner
- Demonstrated knowledge and the ability to exercise sound judgement in the interpretation and application of legislation
- Ability to recognise and manage sensitive issues concerning clients and their families
