- Coordinate external freight companies freight requirements to ensure DIFOT is achieved and within budget.
- Understanding of Pallet control – Transfers of CHEP
- Control all externally purchases inventory to with satisfactory stock levels, managing that no shortages occur, by means of weekly stock counts and monthly stock takes and regular ordering of goods.
- Liaising with the warehouse team at regular intervals, confirming that all customer updates are accounted for and refight requirements are set.
- Good understanding of SAP system
About you
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Demonstrated experience using SAP, particular dealing with PO’ converting orders
- Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritise completing tasks
- Good understanding of Microsoft (excel)
