We are looking for someone with warehouse knowledge who is ready to take the next step in their career. This is an introductory role for an efficient and ambitious person who will manage and maximise stock disposition at our branches and distribution centres. Effective collaboration and meticulousness are key qualities as accurate management of inventory is vital to our continued business success.What your day looks like?
- Manage and support the daily inventory information provided to branches
- Review and run SROs at the agreed scheduled times
- Coordinate annual stocktakes with Supply Chain and Regional Operation Managers
- Create new part numbers and descriptions according to organisational requirements
- Liaise with distribution centres and branches to correct replenishment issues
- Run cost control processes including credit authorisations, autopay issues, follow-up on late orders etc.
- Administration skills at an intermediate level
- Effective communication skills at all levels
- Ability to multi-task while remaining organised
- Computer literate at an Intermediate level with Excel
- Determination to problem solve and seek improvements
- Inventory management and industry knowledge a bonus!
