The opportunity:
We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Logistics and Operations Assistant to join our Operations team in a newly created position designed to support the wider department.
Below is a list of the main functions of the role.
Data Management:
- Generate pick tickets and checklists for indent and in season pick and pack.
- Check and update COD HOLD list on a weekly basis.
- Collect and check allocation data for each indent on a monthly basis.
- Generate EOM opened sales orders and investigate the reason for not billed.
- Consolidate packing lists to prepare for invoicing.
Invoicing:
- Invoice for all indent and in season outgoing product.
- Process of all daily SOH orders placed through AP21.
Accounts and Admin Support:
- Stock transfers and adjustments.
- Stock issue investigations.
- Assist in managing all boutique stock delivery on time for indent.
- Processing 3rd party labels through SPS Commerce.
- Coordinate with cross-functioning departments.
- Assist in task management for warehouse/3PL.
- Administration support for the wider Operations team including Head of Operations and Operations Project Manager.
Who you are:
- Excellent verbal & people management skills.
- Data management skills required
- Experience in logistics administration within the retail industry, or a similar field.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team, with strong communication and manage competing priorities.
- Readily available, flexible, reliable and have sound judgement.
