Working from our Manufacturing facility as part of a small and dedicated team, this role will encompass a diverse range of tasks.

You will take ownership of the arrival of stock, count and QC the incoming parts, keep the stock neatly organised, as well as offer ways to refine and improve our stock storage and Stock management.

In addition, you will be in charge of boxing, palletising and dispatch of our orders.

Including the booking of small package couriers as well as larger domestic and international freight.

A valid forklift licence is preferred but not essential to this roll.

Great time management and the ability to work autonomously once briefed.

A critical attention to detail to spot component imperfections, provide accurate stock counts and correctly dispatch our orders.

You will also need to be computer literate and be comfortable learning new software. Experience with Unleashed software is beneficial.

Job Tasks:

  • Manage the receival of goods
    • Checking quality and count of parts is correct
    • Entering stock into “Unleashed” 
  • Organising the stock in the racking and picking areas
  • Keeping track of stock of pallets and packing materials
  • Packing orders and palletising units for dispatch
  • Responsibility for weighing pallets and racking within pallet racking load limits
  • Booking in orders with freight companies for freight collection
  • Organising and restocking parts for the assembly team to pick from
  • Preparing all the shipping documentation for national and international freight exports
