Role:
Our Pharmacy is looking for an experienced and passionate Retail Manager to join our team.
This is a full time role working 5 days a week on either a Tuesday to Saturday or Monday to Friday roster.
Responsibilities:
- Leading, motivating and training of staff
- Ensuring smooth and efficient day to day operations
- Maximising sales and controlling expenses including wages and shrinkage
- Implementing marketing campaigns
- Visual merchandising
- Stock ordering and management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role in pharmacy ideal
- Previous management experience in retail, health and beauty or related industry also considered
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to encourage and motivate a team
- Exceptional communication and relationship skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Strong negotiation skills & work ethic
