WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Ensuring customers are kept up to date at all times
- Analyse data to identify customer trends
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Review reports to understand areas of improvement
- Ability to resolve problems in a timely manner
- Work independently and in a team
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE
- Local experience in a similar role
- Proactive work ethic
- Strong understanding of the co.’s goals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communications skills both verbal and written
