The Position
- Receive, and review invoices from shipping lines and carriers
- Check invoice accuracy and reconcile charges
- Liaise with suppliers regarding invoice discrepancies
- Report and escalate variances as required
- Communicate with customer service and logistics teams
- Provide exceptional and timely customer service by phone and email
To be considered for this role you must demonstrate:
- Proven experience in a similar role in an FMCG environment
- Accounts payable experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Well developed customer service skills
- Experience in SAP and BSM systems - preferable/not essential
- Supportive management
