We are seeking a Logistics, Production & Quality Manager to join our team at our Head Office in Bondi Junction, NSW. The position will be responsible for our manufacturing and quality processes under ECOHEADS brand, from start to finish, as well as other company logistics requirements. The scope of this work entails:

• Position Title: Logistics, Production & Quality Manager.

BenefitsTask & Responsibilities

• Forecasting annual production quantities for the ECOHEADS brand based on company sales goals.
• Scheduling production batches in Korea for various products under ECOHEADS brand.
• Planning budgets and expected cash flow for batch productions & following up on all expense types in Korea, alongside the company’s accounting department.
• Managing two personnel in the company's branch in Korea
• Overseeing production processes from beginning to end:
  • Sourcing, negotiating & managing relationships with suppliers 
  • Dealing with contracts and other agreements.
  • Purchase of raw materials 
  • Incoming Quality Control 
  • Product Assembly 
  • Outgoing Quality Control 
  • Batch Sign-Offs 
  • Preparing & shipping goods to customers & approving all necessary documentation 
  • Overseeing correct Purchasing, Production & Sales in the company's Warehousing & Manufacturing System (WMS), with all proper documentation.
• Reporting weekly to Company Management and & other intra-company stakeholders on the state of affairs in Korea.
• Annual managerial visits to Korea.
• Collaborating with the Product Manager in:
  •  Any changes & improvements done to existing products under the ECOHEADS brand.
  • Managing and documenting R&D work under ECOHEADS brand.
• Work closely with the Product Manager on any relevant logistics requirements, such as barcoding products, creating PIFs (Product Information Files), sample shipping, time-line planning for batch productions etc.

Qualification & Experience

The position will require the candidate to be/have:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree level qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience in the relevant areas of logistics / manufacturing / quality assurance & experience in management of related processes.
• Experience managing remote staff and international business operations 
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• High level of MS Excel proficiency 
• Good experience level with Warehousing & Manufacturing Softwares (WMS).
• Excellent time management and deadline meeting. 
• Be an Australian citizen/permanent resident or hold a valid visa with full work rights
