About the role:
The New Product Development & Quality Manager is responsible for driving innovation and maintaining the highest standards of quality across Every Bite Counts' product range, with a focus on Little Bellies brand.
This role involves leading New Product Development initiatives, managing quality control processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners. The goal is to deliver superior, healthy, and delicious foods for babies, toddlers, and kids while upholding the company's mission and brand integrity.
We offer a flexible working environment. You will be based in our Bondi Junction office, collaborating with our dedicated team to drive the success of our growing brand.
Who are we looking for?
- You have previous food industry experience in Product Development or a food-related Research & Development environment
- A strong understanding and previous experience in quality management and processes.
- You’re a strong communicator with first class interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, thriving in a small team environment
- You are familiar with Australian regulatory standards and best practices
- Whilst not essential, it would be nice if you also had a sound knowledge of USA and Canadian food regulations
