The Role
We currently have an opportunity for a Logistics Support Person to join our busy team in Welshpool. This is currently a casual role with regular overtime hours working Monday-Friday and some weekend work available. We are open to discussion for a full time role for the right candidate. It is preferable you have previous experience in a livestock feed production environment but encourage applicants who have worked in a similar industry to apply.
Tasks include:
- Escorting, loading and unloading trucks with bulk feed, bulk bags, pallets, and IBC’s
- Filling of bulk containers and bags
- General forklift duties
- Driving trucks and loader on site
- Basic weighbridge operations
- Housekeeping
- Completing and issuing paperwork, labelling as required
- Maintaining storage areas
What We Need from You
The must-haves include:
- HR Forklift Licence
- Experience in a logistics role operating forklifts and loading / unloading trucks
- Work cohesively in a team environment

- High level of self-motivation
- Well-developed time management and proactive problem-solving skills
- The ability to work in a small team and/or without close supervision
- Front end loader experience
- Safe work ethic
