About the role:

We are Looking for bright, bubbly and motivated staff to join us in our Brisbane office located conveniently in the heart of Brisbane City. We would love to have our fundraisers in the office, however we do consider WFH options for the right candidate!

You will be joining a team of dedicated Fundraisers who work on behalf of Charity causes close to their heart, where full training is provided.

Skills and Experience

• Great attitude
• Active Listener and loves to talk to other people and have a chat!
• Resilient with a willingness to learn
• Confident phone manner, capable of asking for money
• Self-Motivated with a great work ethic
• Competent computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Prior phone experience or fundraising is highly regarded but not necessary 

What does a fundraiser do at Cornucopia?

You will be fully trained and supported in making outbound telephone calls to warmed leads, connecting the dots between our clients and their potential donors, through the charities' mission and values to inspire the public to make a difference.

• Passionate delivery of call scripts as naturally as possible
• Achieve performance and effectiveness KPIs
• Implementation of ongoing coaching & development
• Weekly 1:1s
• Daily team buzzes

Calling Times
Monday – Friday: 9-5 (flexibility) 

Providing up to 38 hours per week on a casual basis until you wish to go Full Time.
