Customer Service Consultant

Personalised Plates Queensland is responsible for the marketing and sales of personalised number plates throughout the state and prides itself on elevating the voice of the customer. 

This is an outstanding opportunity for the right person. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader and Customer Service Manager, your responsibilities would include:

• Responding to and resolving customers' enquiries regarding plate sales, orders, and processes via;
  • Inbound and outbound calls
  • Live chat
  • Email
  • Social Media
• Facilitate sales of personalised plates
• Perform clerical support and fulfill office administration duties 
• Achievement of Call Centre sales/service KPI’s and metrics 
• Maintaining the integrity and accuracy of customer records and adhere to The Department of Transport and Main Roads policies relating to sensitive information
• Facilitating sales and assisting sales people via various sales channel
• Effective handling of complaints 
• Adherence to Call Centre hours of operation and scheduling
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of PPQ’s products, procedures, processes, responsibilities, and relevant promotions that affect Call Centre operations 
• Outbound sales calls to qualified leads  
   

To be successful in the role, you will have the following experience:

• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication  
• High level of interpersonal relationship skills
• Experience with data entry
• Intermediate level of computer literacy – Word, Excel, MS Office and email 
• Effective time management skills and the ability to work autonomously
• Manage multiple tasks and maintain composure under pressure
• Ability to obtain a National Criminal History Check
• Customer focused
