As one of Australia’s leading Retail Pharmacy Groups our organisation is continuously expanding and experiencing major growth. Due to recent changes and growth within the Loss Prevention Department, we are seeking a Loss Prevention Advisor that will be reporting to the Loss Prevention Manager.
About the Role Key Responsibilities
The Loss Prevention Advisor position will aid and assist in the implementation of our Loss Prevention strategies and shrinkage reduction across the business. We are looking for a Loss Prevention Advisor who is experienced, motivated and enthusiastic to join a dynamic team! As a Loss Prevention Advisor, you’ll be responsible for conducting Loss Prevention audits, Stocktake reviews and investigations across Victoria.
You’ll be given the tools to get the job done, and this rewarding position allows you to interact with Managing Partners, key stakeholders, and senior leadership within the business, to make a difference and see results.
This position will be based from our Head Office in Preston, Melbourne.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE / BACKGROUND:
2+ years’ experience in Security/Loss Prevention
2+ years’ experience in Investigations
2+ years’ experience in a people management role, leading teams, and growing organisations.
Communication and Influencing - excellent verbal and written communication
Exposure to reporting and data mining analytics
Decision making/problem solving
Responsibilities/accountability will include:
Conducting end to end investigations relating to internal / external matters as required.
Conducting Loss Prevention Audits / checklist across your region
Conduct store team awareness training covering all aspects of Loss Prevention
Create, communicate and monitor stocktake action plans across high-risk stores.
Offering support for stores for serious incidents and security related matters
Skills and Experience
Have a passion for Loss Prevention and Retail.
Self-motivated with great time management skills.
Be able to work autonomously without direct supervision.
Highly developed verbal and written communication skills to ensure all activity is being accurately followed and understood.
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
Ability to build and maintain cross functional relationships.
