Job Description As the Loss Prevention Analyst & Store Auditor, you hold a dual role. You contribute to maximising profitable selling by taking ownership of a loss prevention system to drive reduced losses caused by shrinkage. You also support the execution of a strong compliance audit program through visits to our stores across Australia and New Zealand. You work closely with a team of specialised roles in the Security Department to support our store and Support Office teams in ensuring that H&M Group is a place where employees and customers can feel safe and secure. Key responsibilities include Overseeing and managing a loss prevention management system to prevent and minimise losses:
- Analyse POS data using the loss prevention system
- Prepare and analyse predefined store audit reports in the loss prevention management system
- Investigate and follow up on deviating activities with focus on training needs, routines and frauds
- Supporting the security department in executing fraudulent investigations and interviews
- Through good planning ensure that the stores in your area receive the correct number of store audits based on their classification
- Support the store management to achieve store audit expectations and action plans
- Aligning with Area Teams and the Security Team of the required actions after a store audit
- Ensure profitability by reducing the losses caused by shrinkage and other identified theft
- Support the store teams in their Loss Prevention action plans
- Support the stores with inventory preparation during the inventory to secure the accuracy of the count and data
- Relevant experience in safety and security routines
- Logical/analytical thinking, a strong interest in data and problem-solving ability
- Strong desire to learn and develop new skills
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Positive attitude to change and embracing challenges
- Able to work independently and be self-motivated while still working within a team environment and fostering a strong team collaboration
- Team focused and customer centric; you understand that the store teams are our customers and provide proactive and efficient support to them
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English
- Competence with Office 365 tools
- University degree (or equivalent) is optional; other trainings/certificates professional courses relevant to the role can be an asset
