This is a pivotal role for the business, reporting to the General Manager of Retail and working closely with our Retail Operations, Finance, Merchandise and People & Culture Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for reducing stock loss through effective security, safety and surveillance measures.

- Play a leading role when inventory integrity issues occur - Investigate and recommend solutions and actions
- Develop policies, be part of investigations of incidents both in store and Head Office - if necessary liaise with law enforcement
- Manage inventory, investigating discrepancies, and implementing Loss Prevention strategies
- Ensure operational efficiency by minimising theft, fraud and losses, collaborating all departments to get to an outcome
- Travel to retail stores to manage compliance of OHS standards
What do you need:
- Minimum 3 years of Loss Prevention experience (Management experience a bonus)
- Proven track record of dealing with sensitive Loss Prevention matters and demonstrating
- Strong written, verbal, interviewing, and communication skills are essential
- Understanding of criminal and civil law in retail
