We are thrilled to be working with our client who is a top tier business for all products in the luxury homewares realm and are actively recruiting for a Retail Loss Prevention Manager!
About the role:
This vital role within our client's organization offers an exciting opportunity to impact the business and to minimize stock loss through effective security, safety measures and strategies. You will be instrumental in ensuring operational efficiency by reducing theft, fraud, and losses, fostering seamless collaboration across departments.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing policies to enhance security and safety, investigating incidents, and cooperating with relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct regular audits
- Managing inventory, investigating and detecting
- Overseeing security measures, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with legislation
- Taking the lead in resolving inventory integrity issues
- Maintaining accurate inventory reports
- Monitoring areas for unusual activity and potential threats
Monitor security systems eg. alarms and surveillance - Document theft and other violations of security, and what has been observed.
- Protecting our client's people, bottom line, equipment, and merchandise.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years experience in Loss Prevention or security management in numerous retail environments
- Previous Management experience
- Understanding of criminal and civil law
- Previous experience in Loss Prevention or security management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends
- Proficiency in security systems and surveillance technology
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy, attention to detail and thoroughness
