We are seeking a Full-Time Loyalty Host, to develop and curate memorable customer experiences for our members and specifically cater to our VIP guests. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese, and responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships through our loyalty program. Reporting to the Assistant Loyalty Manager, you will be passionate about building strong positive relationships with our customers and take ownership over VIP concierge requests, VIP promotions, events, and functions.Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Establishing and cultivating strong positive relationships with all club members, with a particular focus on VIP members, to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Providing consistent and high-quality customer service through all communication channels, including telephone (inbound and outbound), email, and personal contact.
- Coordinating and hosting promotional activity throughout the club.
- Handling complex membership inquiries, including new member acquisition, renewals, and customer service issues, and collaborating with other departments to ensure high-quality customer experiences.
- Overseeing VIP Concierge requests to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Leading and representing the club in designated VIP and game day events to promote, improve, and maintain the outstanding quality of service to VIP members.
- Proactively ensure the venue fulfils harm minimisation obligations including monitoring patrons for gambling harm and the provision of gaming help information.
- Ability to work a seven-day days, nights and weekends including public holidays or be flexible to rostering requirements.
- Bilingual (Mandarin/ Cantonese)
- The ability to build rapport and relationships with a diverse customer base
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer proficiency (including Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook).
- Current RSA & RCG competency card or willing to obtain.
