ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Developing and maintaining professional relationships with Lucky North VIP gaming members;
- The ability to use initiative and assist with guest requests and solving issues that may arise;
- Precision cash handling and reporting;
- Hosting events as requested and briefed by the Lucky North VIP Managers;
- Communicate and promote the Lucky North VIP Gaming Rooms brand to members and guests including member privileges, promotions and events;
- Represent Mindil Beach Casino Resort in a polished and professional manner.
ABOUT YOU:
- You are a customer service champion
- You will be able to work within a team environment
- Organise payouts for winnings on various gaming platforms
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Immaculate presentation
- Available to work a rotating roster, including weekends and nights
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
- Currently hold or are able to obtain a COL
This position is subject to the approval of a Casino Operatives License (COL), which involves a criminal and financial history check with an associated cost of approximately $350.00.
