This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join this brand. We are looking for an After Sales Associate to join our client in their fast paced and high performing Sydney Flagship store.
We are looking for a diligent retailer who prides themselves on delivering an exceptional client experience through high attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
You must have:
- a strong attention to detail whilst multitasking
- excellent communication skills, the ability to delight your client and exceed expectations
- strong problem solving ability
- experience within a retail After Sales role/ Senior Sales Associate role
- a genuine interest in luxury products/ watches or jewelery ideal
- an understanding of the standards required at this level
On offer:
- base salary of $60'000 - $65'000 + super + allowances
- very strong incentive structure (store based bonus and store based commission)
