About the Position: Reporting to the Head of Boutique, you will guide a select team of Client Advisors in delivering unparalleled service. Key Responsibilities:
Lead, inspire, and guide a team of Client Advisors to set the standard for excellence in client service and sales performance.
Foster and cultivate deep client relationships to elevate client loyalty and contribute to the boutique's esteemed clientele.
Exhibit agility and proactivity in leadership, adapting seamlessly to the dynamic landscape of luxury retail.
Drive sales targets and uphold accountability for team KPIs, employing a strategic and results-oriented approach.
