This role presents an exceptional opportunity to represent our brand towards customers while collaborating to achieve both quantitative and qualitative objectives for the store.
The Role
As a Client Advisor / Sales Associate at our esteemed luxury fashion house, your responsibilities will include:
- Representing the brand towards customers and actively contributing to achieving store objectives.
- Inducing customer purchases and fostering satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional customer service and expertise, in line with company-defined excellence in client experience.
- Supporting the Store Manager/Store In-charge in the smooth running of store operations.
- Actively promoting products and services, maximizing sales opportunities to achieve individual and store targets, KPIs, and other performance metrics.
- Proactively monitoring inventory levels, adhering to stock keeping procedures, and ensuring visually appealing merchandise displays in accordance with visual merchandising guidelines and housekeeping standards.
- Utilizing the customer relationship management (CRM) system to maintain customer profiles, address concerns, and provide prompt resolutions.
- Staying updated on the latest trends, features, and benefits of our products, effectively communicating this information to customers while offering personalized recommendations based on their preferences and style.
- Executing efficient front-of-house and back-of-house operations, maintaining exceptional organizational standards, and actively communicating store needs with the Store Manager/Store In-charge.
- Proven experience in the retail industry, preferably in luxury retail.
- Highly motivated, dynamic, enthusiastic, passionate, and customer-service-oriented.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to identify and address customer needs.
- Proficient in developing, nurturing, and maintaining positive long-term customer relationships.
- Availability to work weekends is a requirement for this position.
