Reporting to the Store Manager, the role will assist in managing the daily store operations.
Responsibilities:
* The store in-charge to oversee the daily operations of the store
* Perform individual sales target as well as monitor and motivate the team to achieve the store target
* Assist to evaluate, train and coach the staff in a manner consistent with policies to reflect business strategy and meet sales goals
* Maximize opportunities to recruit new customers and maintain long-term customer relationship
* Promote and introduce the brand with professional knowledge
* Maintain high standard of store presentation and stock management
* Perform other duties as required
Requirements
* Minimum 4 years+ of retail sales experience in which at least 2 years at management level; preferably in Luxury Retail industry
* Strong in store operations, sales & service, people management and training experience
* Reliable with strong sense of responsibility and problem solving ability
* Proficient in computer literacy and Excellent command in English
