The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling Ready-to-Wear in the luxury market, a proven ability to build and maintain repeat clientele and VIP relationships, and a dedication to delivering exceptional after-sales service.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide an exceptional shopping experience to clients by offering personalised assistance and expert advice on luxury Ready-to-Wear collections.
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the latest fashion trends, luxury brands, and product knowledge to assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the boutique.
• Manage after-sales services, including alterations and returns, with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
• Actively participate in clienteling initiatives and VIP events to enhance the boutique's brand image and attract new clientele.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Sales Associate role within the international luxury market.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining a loyal client base.
